Theo Development, Inc. opened its doors to the real estate world through the acquisition, in 1998, of Theo Realty Investments. As managing partner of Theo Realty Investments, Theo Development, Inc. acquired numerous properties in prominent areas of Tampa, Florida, totaling over 150,000 square feet of office/flex, and warehouse space, plus twenty acres of vacant land.

The pride of our portfolio is University Corporate Park (UCP) along the University of South Florida cooridor. UCP's prominent tenants include the Department of Veteran Affairs, USF Dialysis, USF Suncoast Gerotology, and several successful small businesses that have been long term tenants. Part of UCP is a 10 acre tract, prime for development. With the takeover of Theo Development's management, UCP has undergone major exterior improvements, including a complete roof replacement, landscaping overhaul and enhancement of the overall design.

Theo Development has recently entered into the South Florida market with the acquisition of retail and flex space properties in Jupiter and Stuart and with the announcement of the opening of its professional property managements division, specializing in commercial properties throughout South Florida.

Because we are a small firm, we are able to focus more closely on each property individually. This allows our management team to relate to our clients and tenants on a more personal yet professional level.
